• BDM1: Lists matched pairs of births and deaths plus unmatched deaths.

• BDM2: Lists all births likely to be infant deaths even if they were not matched.

• BDM3: Lists unequal dates of death for matched pairs indicating need to edit 15A.

• BDMR1: Lists birth certificates that “should” have a matching death certifi-cate and computes infant mortality rate.
