A listing of the completed birth records must be created and sent to the LRD with the certificates.
Because most out-of-hospital birth records are completed at the LRD, this list must be created by the LRD prior to registration.
This listing is created from the records not yet batched and still flagged as “unsent”.
A record selected for this list is then flagged as “sent” and access to this record becomes restricted.
