Edits
We must exercise caution in editing locally registered birth records known as LCAs.
The only fields that can be edited at the LRD are 15A (Date of Death), Census Tract, and Comment (a field that is only available as an edit).
If you need to edit other fields on LCAs, please contact Emily Lehman or Jessica McCarroll.
Use BIRTH CERTIFICATE OPTION> AMEND CERTIFICATE
Only create an amendment when you have the hardcopy birth certificate.
