Hospitals have been known to file more than one certificate for the same infant.
This procedure will allow you to identify babies born in the same hospital at exactly the same minute. It lists parental information that will allow you to decide if they are really duplicates. The first report will automatically search for duplicate names.
Run the two duplicate reports weekly.
