Using Query Database for Ad Hoc Reports
Used to search the database using one or more fields from the birth certificate.
Resulting report will display the records that matched the criteria you requested.
In order to use Query Database, it is essential to be familiar with the following AVSS form names:
HCA = Hospital Birth Record (H= Hospital,CA=California)
LCA = Birth Certificate (L=LRD, CA=California)
